Kids4Truth Survey
This is an independent research study of Kids4Truth Clubs. We are eager hear from current and former participants who are over the age of 18. This survey is only open to adults who have a background Kids4Truth Clubs either as a kid, an adult leader, or both. Please only fill out the survey once.
Your participation will involve reflecting on and answering questions about your experiences with Kids4Truth Clubs. Participation is voluntary and without compensation. You may participate, stop participating, or omit any questions with no negative consequences. All responses are anonymous. Answers from questions 1 through 7 will be used in aggregate. We may anonymously quote question 8 in published research.
